Laptop Audio Issues

 Very confused... My PC is having a major issue. . . The audio wasn't working AT ALL... I spent hours trying to figure it out. Tried to update the drivers etc.. to no avail.. 

I did a factor-reset on the computer - - - and now; the audio works with headphones, but NOT from the computer itself. 

So very frustrating.

Today was a really cool and interesting day because as I was sitting in the car in the Walgreens parking lot - an older gentleman walked to his car which was parked next to mine; and he had a bird just on his shoulders! My window was down and I said wow! Your bird is so beautiful. He came up to my window and let me take a photo and video of his bird and it was just a thrilling experience that I've never had before.
